The service will be delivered at the following address: Greenfields, Theedway (off Billington Road), Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire, LU7 9SP.
Greenfields is a specialist housing development designed and built as a sheltered housing facility for mature customers aged 55 and over. The development is situated in the parish Leighton-Linslade, and offers 82 one and two bedroom apartments which offer independent living to its residents, in addition to onsite facilities such as a lift, lounge, restaurant (open to the public), Café, hair and beauty salon, guest facilities, hobby room. The facility is supported by a concierge service which helps to provide discrete security to add peace of mind. The contract will be for 3 with the possibility of a further extension of two (1+1) years.

Bidders failing to meet certain required minimum standards at the SQ stage will be rejected. Bidders meeting the required standards at the SQ stage will be ranked accordingly to the highest score achieved and may be rejected in reverse order to achieve our maximum number of 5, or a minimum of 3 operators who will be invited to participate in the ITT stage. Selection criteria for the SQ stage will be in he SQ documentation.
